CMC Construction & Excavating

CMC Construction was a most pleasant experience. I contacted Ed through an ad in the paper and was pleased when Ed arrived promptly for a quote and discussion on the roof. The quote was a FAIR price. My services were removing old singles (2 layers), installing ice and water shield, Synthetic felt, 35 year Architectural Shingles, ridge vents and gutters. Ed and crew arrived early the first day of the job. All crew members were polite and respected the property. They worked hard removing the layers of shingles and worked into the dark installing the Synthetic Roof underlayment. CMC Construction put tarps down to protect the yard from nails, which I appreciated having animals. The second day they finished with the job. The yard was cleaned of debris and I watched the workers ?sweep? the yard for metals. His crew was friendly and hard working. The roof looks great. The lines are straight and the edges are nice and neat. The gutters installed blend with the house and he added aluminum under the gutters to protect the wood. All in all I am very pleased with the work CMC Construction provided. Would I hire him again? YES, without hesitation.
