SANDERSON'S INSULATION CO

It was difficult in our area to find a contractor who would do exterior walls. I found 2,Sanderson was the cheapest bid and both equal in all areas. I was told they had a busy schedule and it would be 3 weeks before the could do the work. After 4 weeks I called and was told someone would rtn my calls.Two more weeks go by and no rtn call I called again and this time I was put in contact with one of the owners and red carpet service began. The following week the installer were here to insulate the house 2 months after I was given the bid.1st problem was the installers needed a 2 phase 220v line to hook up the machine. I had not been told this,if I had I would have something ready. The cable they use had 'alegator clips' They clipped directly onto our 220 AC line. As I remember the 220 line was always hassle,hoping you 220 plug is the same as the customers dryer and the customer has a electric dryer. The electric stove was why to much hassle's noted in Q14 the problem with the wood plugs came up. I was disappointed but the method I plan to use to conceal the plugs would take care of the problem. Overall I am happy with the work,I hope they will follow up with being more careful returning phone calls.
