Real Estate Auctions
A friend of mine told me about them. The owner’s name is Wayne Nikodim. It’s close to my house. I don’t like the way he dresses, and the cleanliness of his building. I think he could get a better variety of products because sometimes he buys products by the cases and then turns around and sell them well. I think I could get better products than he can get, and I could help him, but he just thinks he knows a lot because he has been in the business forever. He is alright, and a nice guy, but i just think their building needs to be cleaned up, and the place is terribly dirty.
