Professional as they used grout between the blocks, not pre-made glued blocks. Fast as they replaced 5 basement windows within a couple hours. Clean as there was little if any cleanup after they were done. Finally they were cheap as after eight quotes were almost exactly the average of the max and min quotes. The change was desperately needed as the old windows were single pane, metal framed, and leaking air. This reduced the heat loss in the home significantly.

They were great. The price is fair and their service is good. They are quick and prompt. The guy came in, he did four windows and he was done in four hours. We told them there was a leak about six months later, we called them and they came back out and they patched up the areas. They're probably a small company but they were professional. They guy came out, did it, explained everything to us snd when we had an issue they came back and repaired it. I recommended them to other people.

called the main office to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The salesperson responded in less than 12hrs and was at the house within 24hrs. Written estimate was given and based on it the contract was signed. The next day after the deposit was made, the scheduler called with our installation date. Unfortunately, due to the wet weather, our installation was delayed an additional 2 weeks. The scheduler made sure to constantly update us of any changes. The installers arrived on time and went right to work. They did a phenomenal job. The clean up was suberb too. I would recommend them to everyone.

We hired Downriver Glass Block mainly because they were local. They did a great job. Arrived when they said and completed all the work in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

Arrived on time, but weren't super careful with existing exterior plants near windows. The windows were installed well, held up well, but they left out a part for the dryer vent, and didn't clean up after themselves very well. Left bits of old wood and nails in the driveway.

They were on time, gave competitive prices. They did the work when they said they would. They were quick and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody.

They installers appeared to do a thorough, conscientious job.

I was told the guys would be at my house between 9am-10am and they were there at 9am! They promptly began their work. The main guy was really friendly, didn't speak to much to the other guy. Both worked extremely hard with no breaks and finished a little after 12pm. They did clean up after themselves but it wasn't the best. I needed to clean the walls and scrub the floor but that's a little consequence to the wonderful work they did.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED FOR US. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WORK VERY HARD TO GET THE JOB RIGHT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE HAD A FEW CRACKS IN THE CEMENT AROUND THE WINDOW. THEY SEEMED TO BE IN A BIT OF A HURRY WHEN THEY CAME OUT. I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'LL HIRE SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS TERRIBLE. THE MORTAR HAS FALLEN OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND I THINK THEY JUST USED A VERY CHEAP PRODUCT. THEY DIDN'T LIVE UP TO THEIR GUARANTEE.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND THE WORK WAS DONE WELL. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM AND THE JOB THEY DID. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ALL AROUND JOB.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES IN THE PAST AND HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
