These guys provided a perfect job at the lowest price!  They are so friendly and helpful.  One of the employees working in the building next door was outside walking to the office area as I pulled out of the parking lot, and he waved to me like I was his best friend.  Stacey was a delight, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable.  The job was done for exactly the cost estimated and was done in the time frame stated.  I am a neat freak and I cannot find a single thing to complain about, the paint job is perfect, the rust is gone and you can't tell it was ever there.  I recommend this place to anyone, go check them out.  I do not believe you will be disappointed.

Very friendly people! I need one more scratch painted and will definitely go back. Didn't make me wait around for service. Did it all for a measly $30. Very happy with my experience!

I absolutely recommend B&K Collison! I was involved in a fender bender in the parking lot of my job and immediately logged on to Angie's List to search for reputable collison shops and read all the reviews from other customers and decided to contact them to for an estimate to repair the damage. Before I could contact them, my boss stopped by after hearing what happened in the parking lot and adamantly suggested I go to B&K Collison. She only takes her car to them and had nothing but good things to say about the owner, his son and the rest of the staff. B&K ordered the part the same day I came in for the estimate and scheduled the work for Tuesday, Jan. 14th with an offer to pickup the tab for a rental car. Not only did the owner's son, Brad pay for the rental, they were able to repair the damages in under 5 hours! I was so impressed by the good job they did and the professionalism that I wanted to share my experience with others who might be looking for a reputable collison shop.

Well, I found B&K on Angie's List in the first place.  They were the nicest people in the world.  My car was slightly bashed by a coworker that was nice enough to leave his details under my windshield wiper.  B&K worked with his insurance company to completely restore the car better than new.  I can't believe how well they matched this fussy paint job...it's a metallic grey-blue color.  You can't even decipher where they started and the original paint begins.  Looks great.  They were so friendly and they stayed right on top of it, too.  Called me everyday to let me know what was going on.  Timed it so I would be without my car for the minimum amount of time.  I hope I don't get bashed again, but if I do...it's going to be B&K all the way.  Thanx, guys!

They were abel to schedule the cars back to back so that we could drop one off then droop off the other when the first was ready.  Everything went as scheduled and I was very happy with the quality of the work.

They replaced front bumper and painted front quarter panel. Did a great job as usual.

My wifes 08 Saturn Vue was hit in a parking lot, that left some damage to the left front fender and door. Wheel alignment was suspect also.
. The work was to start on Monday, but I couldn't get it in till after I got out of work. Bradley let me drop it off sunday night and he pulled it into the building to start work in the morning. Every thing went very quickly getting the insurance adjuster was quick too. It was in Monday and out by Thursday, he was apologizing for being an extra half day when I didn't expect it till the next week.
I was so impressed that I asked them about a small problem  on another car of mine, which they took care of at no charge. I would definitely recommend them, they were very helpful.

, I am very particular about my vehicles.  In the unfortunate event of an accident I have taken my vehicles to Mike Brennan at B&K collision for the past 13 years.  His staff is second to none when it comes to quality work done on time.  Recently had some touch up work done on my truck and a plastic panel was accidentally cracked.  Mike replaced it without question.  His attention to detail extends well into his commitment to customer care.  He exceeds my expectations any time I have had work done there.

We got an estimate to have our car repaired after an accident. The first came in at $1,000. We called a friend who always raved about this place in Melvindale. We went there and my husband explained to the owner that because the car was 7 years old (but with only 30,000 miles) we didn't want  to put too much money into it. Mike, the owner listened, gave some suggestions and an estimate for $630. We are extremely pleased with the work, service and price! We drove from Northville to Melvindale to get the work done, but it was well worth it! It was so nice to go to a "mom and pop" kind of place, where you're treated as a customer rather than a number!

We dropped the car on a Monday, I called Mike on Thuursday and he said it should be done on friday afternoon. I told no worry I was out of town. He called friday said the paint was not all done yet and would have it on Monday. Big snow again on Monday 2/21. He said he would drop it at my house on Tuesday. He did drop it on Tuesday and even put it in the garage. Opener was in the car. They even Washed and cleaned the inside. The car looked great. Thanks Mike!!! AAA+++ A great vendor on Angie's List!
