DAVID ALLEN RACING/DUNELAND

I have been shopping at Duneland several times each summer, for over 30 years. After a day on the dunes,on 8-2-14,  we stopped to air our tires back up. I was sitting in our dune buggy with my 9 year old son. We were being towed with a tow bar behind our 17 year old friends pickup, and my 17 year old son was riding with him. Another customer had pulled an air hose across in front of the pickup, and a third customer had asked that our tow vehicle move forward a few feet. After pulling forward, a man named Ernest Schwartz approached our tow vehicle, yelling profanities and reprimanding our friend for driving across an air hose. He made such a scene, that I assumed that we were being pranked, and possibly on "Candid Camera". I asked Ernest if I could buy a shirt with the phrase "I drove on the air hose at Duneland". He responded with disgusting profanity, and became very irate. I calmly suggested that I felt that he may need to rinse the sand from his v*****, and he ran to my vehicle, shouting and threatening to physically assault me. I asked him if he intended to place his hands upon me, and he said that he would love to. He then tried to detain us by placing himself in the path of our dune buggy as it moved forward towards the road. Then he accused me of driving over his feet. That was absurd to me, as I was not driving a vehicle, and I raised my hands to show him that they were not on the controls. I hope he didn't have a heart attack or anything, because he seemed really wound up. I don't think he appreciated our patronage of his business, as he asked us not to ever return.
