The price was reasonable. They responded really quickly. There were two workers and they did an A 1 job.  They were nice and genuine. They were very honest and nice to be around. They made sure the area was clean before they left. It took probably less than an hour to complete the job. They did a great job. I was surprised.

What a difference!   You can smell the cleanliness in the air - no longer stale or dusty.  Todd cleaned both my home and my mother's - great job.  He's so good, I've scheduled him again for November 2015.

Todd from Duct Doctors showed up at the time scheduled and surveyed the duct work,  After the survey he went right to work.
Our house is on a slab(no basement; no crawl space) and the house is 27 years old.  The ducts had never been cleaned before; therefore a lot of dirt and debris had built up over the years (Todd said he pulled out  over 100 lbs).  The years of dirt required a significant amount of time on Todd's part.  Todd worked for 7 hours, on a job he thought would take him 3 hours, ensuring that he met our expectations of clean ducts.
Todd was very friendly and professional (even when I told him his job sucked...a duct cleaning joke). 
After the job was done we could tell immediately from the air quality that a quality job was done...and it smelled so clean.
My wife was right we needed this done and I am glad we did.

They were excellent.

The scheduling was very easy, and they came out when they were supposed to. The worker that came explained what he was going to do, then followed through and did really good well.
