The foundation was rebuilt and the forms for the porch were in place by the end of the day. All of the demolition debris was removed at the end of the first day. The next morning the form for the steps and walk were in place and the concrete was poured and finished. While that was curing the parging was started. The job was completed on the third day. When I arrived at the end of the day to look at the finished project the work area was as clean as when the job was started, he even filled in the depressions made by the front end loader used to remove the old concrete.
None of this was unexpected. As stated at the beginning of this review I have used his services before and knew what to expect. If I need concrete work in the future this will be my first, and probably only, call.
