I understand the need to try easy fixes first,  but we have contacted him twice since that time to bring him back to fix the frig, oven and install a new microwave and of course we expect to pay him for all three jobs...but he says he will check his schedule and call back and then no call back.   In the meantime I am without and oven or a microwave!  Or an ice maker for that matter, but that we can do without for awhile.  Other timewe called  he was going on vacation and did not call upon his return.  Not dependable and I am very disappointed because I wanted to use a local service.

Once the part arrived it was only a matter of finding a time that we could accomodate.  He arrived  on time, was courteous to all in the house and knew exactly what needed to be done and was in an out in under a half our.

They are excellent. It really surprised me, I didn't think they would be able to fix it. It was a matter of leveling the feet on the fridge. He explained what was going on and how it would take a couple of days to settle in. He did a good job of explaining what was going on. It wasn't even the reason I called him, I just mentioned it and he fixed it on the spot. A few years ago he fixed my oven when it stopped functioning. I was impressed, it was a moderate price. It seems to be a one-man operation, he was very courteous and very helpful. We had conversations while he was here, he seems very knowledgeable. I've always had extremely good experiences with him.
