It went well. Ross and Eric were great to work with. They must have had a cancellation before me but they called ahead to move the time up. They explained what they were doing along the way.

My wife wasn't as pleased. She thought the work that was done didn't show that they really had done much. I wasn't home at the time so I don't know if she had any other specific concerns. Overall, the work that was done, she wasn't satisfied with.

It went well. The carpet is light colored and showed wear. After it was cleaned it looked brand new again.

Arrived promptly and got right to work. The carpets were in pretty bad shape and after they were cleaned they looked a million times better.

These workers were exceptional! They called to tell me when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them. They arrived right on time, worked very hard and the carpets looked excellent. The chairs were very dirty and they worked very hard to clean them. The skirting on the chairs was dirty and they took great care to work extra h****** them. After they were done cleaning them, they also helped me carry the chairs to the basement, which they did not have to do. They were so friendly and courteous and I would most definitely use this company again. I have not been impressed by most carpet cleaners I have used in the past, but I was very impressed by these young men and would give them an A++++, both for their work ethic and their character. Very nice young men. Modernistic has done well.
