There was an occasion last summer, where we waited several weeks for a lawnmower repair, which turned out to be incomplete. I think it was a lack of communication, but this is just a heads-up to prospective customers: YOU will need to follow up, if you leave equipment at Darrell's for service. That said, we have found them fair and honest. We are loyal customers, but we do keep in mind that they are a very small service shop. We also use them for propane refills. They will refill your portable propane tanks, so that you never waste a drop of propane again (with those tank exchange programs).
