I met with Darrell and he looked things over (it was closing time) and asked me if I wanted to wait while he fixed it right then. I was amazed and extremely grateful for this type of customer service.

I was told they could have it done the same day and I got a call about 3 hours later that the car was ready to be picked up.

The price was competitive with other quotes.  Once I dropped my truck off for repair they handled everything including dealing with the insurance company. Their work was of good quality and was completed a day early.

Darrell Benedict was very personable, the staff dealt with my insurance company so I really didn't have to, they got me right in, gave me a free loaner car that was well-maintained and had just been cleaned inside and out, and they were done before they thought they would be.
I am very happy with how the car looks - you can't tell that anything was ever wrong with it and the new paint blended right into the existing paint.
I did have issues getting my rear view mirrors to set correctly, so they told me to bring the car in, and they fixed the issue while I waited and were very pleasant about it.
I highly recommend using Benedict Auto Body, and I would certainly use them again.
