BEWARE!!!! This company charges $125 for an estimate, which they call a service call charge. They don't tell you that upfront. I consider that a crooked business practice.

They were very efficient and accommodating. The work was good, and I had no issues after. He cleaned up after himself.

Of course, a few days before Christmas, our water heater completely dies. On top of that, it was the coldest winter on record. We called at 8 am on a Tuesday and Jason was out within the hour. He had replaced our water heater and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. They were amazing! Even better, my Aunt had her water heater replaced two months prior and paid triple what we did for a smaller water heater. (It wasn't even an after hours call!) Very happy. If you use Dupras, you will not be disappointed.

The furnace broke, pipes froze. They came immediately and fixed it all.

Vaughn was our serviceman and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and informative. Pleasure to talk too and gave many tips on how to keep our unit running long into the future. We were very happy with this service call. The reason I gave a B grade in responsiveness because it took over two days for them to call back to schedule an appointment. I realize that it has been a cold winter and they are very busy with folks that don't have heat but I would recommend that someone would let you know so you don't think they forgot about you.

I left my hose attached to the exterior faucet. Thanksgiving weekend I heard water running and discovered that the line had frozen and broken. Water was running everywhere and filling up the lower level of the house. The plumber arrived in minutes and installed a shutoff valve and new faucet and line. He took time from his holiday weekend to rush right over to help. I was impressed. I don't remember what the fee was, but it was reasonable and they simply mailed a bill after the holidays. What a great company!

We called at approximately 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. The repairman on call was here within a half an hour, identified the problem, went back to the shop for parts, back to the house for the repair, and heat was back on by 10:00 p.m. We were very pleased with the quick response, good humor of the repairman, and his professionalism.

They were awesome, on time and very professional.
