Furniture - Sales
They delivered and the couch had marks in the leather. There were big scrathes in the leather. The back of the recliner had rubbed against something and it was rubbed down to a lighter color. When the guys dropped it off, I noticed it right away. They told me to call the owner. He was very rude and didn't take care of it. They said they would charge a 30% restocking fee if they picked it up. I did contact our bank and they have had many cancelled checks because of them. And they are known as 'shunk junk'. Worst customer service ever! I know the damage happened when transporting. He was real arrogant. Beautiful store, horrible service.
