Home Inspection
Bruce from Russ Dees did a thorough job of checking out a home we were looking to purchase. He was there for about three hours, going over everything from the plumbing, construction materials used for the windows, walls, and floors. He gave us important notes about the utilities throughout the house. He even squeezed up into the attic and let me know we needed more insulation up there. He got on the roof and checked out the shingles, letting us know that we wouldn't need a new roof just yet (when I'd originally thought we would: what a money saver!). Bruce was happy to answer our questions and was very cordial and knowledgeable.
He quickly sent us a hard copy and a digital copy of his notes, which ended up being about 10 pages worth of information; just about anything I wanted to know about the house. I felt so much better going into closing knowing I was getting a place that needed work, but was still a solid house.
