ProHomE L.L.C. home evaluation and inspection business serving the Upper Peninsula. Services include but are not limited to; real estate inspections, water and sewer testing, individual component tests and insurance reports. My background as a licensed State of Michigan Residential Builder and M&A Contractor, along with over 20 years performing construction, renovation, fab-rication and mechanics, give me the knowledge to thoroughly evaluate key sys-tem components. Inspection reports are written with premium software that allows instant deliv-ery of PDF’s via email and hard copies available within 24hrs. All reports are highly detailed with color photos, ratings and summary. Sample reports are available upon request. My schedule is very flexible and will accommodate any requests.
