The project went great. Ken is very considerate, neat, friendly, and does top notch work. He seems to be able to come up with a creative solution for any problem. The outstanding quality of the work is backed up with a pleasant philosophical attitude that may leave you with a life lesson or two (and that's the free part).
I have hired Ken in the past for big and small projects and would absolutely do so again.

It went well. The best part was that he was pleasant to work with, and encouraged me to work with him on the project. I was able to learn to do some of the tiling myself.
