JOE'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR

I was in a tough spot as I had one day to get my wife's brakes fixed in a new town, where everyone was booked and we had no idea who was good and who the ripoff artists were. I was actually trying to get ahold of the Brake Doctor with no success and eventually, after being turned away from a couple other places tried calling Joes. I told the guy I talked to about my predicament, and although they were also booked he said if I could drop it off right away and leave it all day they would make it happen. True to their word; not only did they make it happen, they got it done by 2p and charged me a d*** fair price. I am not a mechanic but I had a rough idea what it would cost but I also knew they had me over the barrel a bit. 
This is the first review I think I have ever written, these guys were really helpful and I will take our vehicles there whenever possible until they prove me wrong.

The folks at Joe's Automotive did a great job.

It went well. I really appreciate Joe taking care of my son and the Jeep. Meant a lot to me. He explained it well on the phone to me. Joe faxed me the estimate and kept to it. I can't recall exactly how much. Thanks Joe.

I called at 12:45 PM to see if they would have time to look at my vehicle since it was making and quot;coughingand quot; noises when I started it. The professional sounding guy that answered the phone suggested I get it there as early as I could, that way they could try to fit it in.

I arrived about 1:30 PM and he had someone look at it right away. 10 minutes later I had a estimate. He was able to check the availability of the parts and then had them delivered and installed the same day. He called me back at 4:00 PM to say that my car was ready to go.

I was expecting a very large repair bill, but was very happy when the cost of repair was a very reasonable $230.Last minute repair at a great price? I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Great service!

The car was serviced in a timely fashion and within the expected cost. A ride was provided to work and back while the car was serviced. I was very pleased with the service.

Joe has performed services on all of my vehicles for over 25 years. When he left the dealership where he managed the service department and opened his own shop I gladly followed him. He is incredibly honest and is very fair in pricing his services.
