+ -1 moreIHS is a little on the pricey side but they have the best customer service around. Unfortunately, because of the price we went with someone else. However, they were very professional and were the most punctual and responsive company that submitted bids for our addition.

+ 0 moreThe project went very well. IHS showed up on time each day, safeguarded our hardwood floors, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished.
Description of Work: Earlier owner had removed a load bearing wall causing the 2nd floor bedroom floor to sag. IHS lifted the floor and replaced the 4x4 that was there with a proper support beam.
