I strongly recommend avoiding this business. My experience was dishonest and frustrating. I came in looking for a basic, affordable memory foam mattress, since I’m only in town for two months out of the year. I explained this clearly to Eric, a long-time salesperson who had previously helped a family member. He pointed out a mattress, assured me it was the cheapest memory foam option, and I made the purchase on the spot. When I returned the next day to pick it up, I realized something was off. The mattress they gave me didn’t match what I was shown. After checking the price tag of the mattress Eric wrote up, I saw it was actually an $800 coil mattress—not memory foam at all. Yet I was charged over $1300. When I brought this to their attention, there was no accountability—just deflection. I double-checked the prices of the mattresses in the same row, and it turns out I was sold the most expensive one, despite clearly asking for the most affordable. This felt deceptive, not like a mistake. The entire experience left me feeling taken advantage of. Be very cautious with their pricing practices.

Not only did they fix my dishwasher, they also showed me how to take it apart and clean it so that it wouldn't have to be fixed again.  Who knew that you can take apart the assembly and clean out stuff from the grinder so that the grinder motor doesn't burn out?  Short of getting different children who always make sure that wire twist ties from bread and popcorn kernels aren't "accidentally" put in the dishwasher or (gulp) doing all the dishes myself, this was the next best thing.

I love them. They are great. They were really reasonably priced. They came out. They brought the stuff out the next day and they hooked it up. There was no problem. They took our mattress away with no problem. They were fantastic.

It was delivered on time. The removal and installation went without a hitch and they tested the new washer to make sure it worked before they left. Perfect.
