Badly. He missed several items during his inspection of the home we wanted to buy which will end up costing us over $3,000. He missed an improperly installed hot water heater which we now have to replace. He missed a roof defect that surprised us by after a heavy rain by leaking into our living room. He missed the front bathtub drain not working which likely means removal of the enclosure to fix it. We were promised a state water test that we never got the results on. He did refund our fee but that will come nowhere near the costs of his failed inspection. We trusted him and he left us holding the bag
