We did however run into a problem, which still hasn't been taken care of but part of that is on us for not following through completely. After our garage was started we asked if we could have a short sidewalk put in between the man door and the existing sidewalk. We discussed this with Matt Blondeau, owner of Blondeau construction. Matt said that it wouldn't be a problem and the cost was negotiated into our agreement, at this time we didn't have a final amount for the cost. The garage was finished in no time and we paid the final payment but we were still waiting for a sidewalk. Matt said he would just have the cement people stop by after they had poured a slab for another construction project and do the short sidewalk. We didn't get a sidewalk that summer and as of today we still do not have one, the frame is still there ready and waiting for cement. We contacted Blondeau various times through out that summer and in to the fall and did not receive anything back from him. We have an email verifying that he agreed to the sidewalk and mentioned it to him but again didn't receive a reply. The garage itself is a very sound building and still looks like the first day it was finished, well almost finished......

Got the estimate for the garage, got the permits and scheduled for building. Everything went smoothly, job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with the finished product.
