They are very organized, punctual, knowledgeable on all types of products, and their installations are impeccable!  + -1 moreAfter getting a install date, they arrived on time, and went right to work. Wayne is a very personable person to work with. Had to make a couple of adjustments due to some electrical outlets not being all at the same level. He did a very good job and was very carefulabout cleaning up as he went and I am very happy with the job he did, it took 2 days to finish, and worth it. If he ran into any issues he always asked how I wanted him to do it, I appreciated that. The kitchen had a large backsplash area, but looks great now.Would recommend him to anyone. He does not promise what he can not deliver..
Description of Work: I called Wayne Riemersma 616-292-6257 for a quote to install ceramic tile with a accent border in my kitchen. he was very prompt and stopped in and measured and suggested a couple things . I had already looked at the tile at a local wholesaler that he deals with. They were very helpful .He emailed me a quote with in a couple days and the quote included materials and labor. I was happy with the quote, and gave him the job. They emailed me the next day with a install date, they were about 2 weeks out then. They arrived on time.
