If I ever build a home again, this would be the first phone call I would make.  I have never worked with anyone so in touch with every aspect of his job.  From tearing down the existing home that was on the property, to the final project, Keith Jenken knew exactly what to do, who to call and if there were any questions, he found the answers.  Being so inexperienced  I was able to ask any questions without fear of the response.  The patience he had with me pertaining to my questions, and the workmanship in my home has not gone unnoticed by anyone that has come into my home.  All the people that work with Keith also have the highest regard for him and for their work.  They know if it doesn't meet to his approval, they will do it again.  Mr. Jenken and I worked very well together and his knowledge kept the process moving so smoothly and fast it was unbelievable.  His website states that he doesn't build houses, he builds home, and he most certainly does.  I still haven't wiped the smile off my face when I walk into this house and through it.  It is absolutely beautiful.

Northbay makes work with a contractor a very good experience. Keith is personally a very fine person to be around. He is easy to talk with, and because he is a local business man I feel good about his Company getting the work. I can't think of even one complaint about his work. He has done work for me many times over the years, some small, some rather large, and has always done he job beyond my expectations.
