Do not use this man (Brent Lisco, "Discount Fence") He is not honest. The only way we finally got our money back was after several court appearances, and when he was looking at being charged with a 5 year felony, he returned the money.
  Shortly after this I received a tearful phone call from some poor woman (who found me through the court records) wanting to know if I ever got my money back. He had taken $1300 dollars from her a month ago, and then never came back. 
   How is it someone can keep defrauding people with no real consequences?

Gave us a fencing quote on April 17, 2013. Had proffesional brochures, very pleasent, a local man. Took a $1,770 deposit & promtley cashed the check. Said he would be back "next week" to start the job. We started calling. No reply for 1 month. Then we had our son inlaw call him & set up a meeting for a fence estimate. (Yes, he called back a prosepctive customer right away!) the when he showed to to my son in laws, he gave us a heart felt account on how he had a salesman who had his phone, & he never got the messages. He signed a note stating he would be at our house the next day. Guess what-never came! Many many more unanswered phone calls. Then, miraculously, he answered. I said "I want my money back, or we're off to court" His answer was "Why???" I just said please return our deposit. he replied he would be at the house tommorow at 3:00 with a check.. Guess what again! He never showed. It's June 3rd now, & I am filing in small claims court.  I have to work hard for my money but apparently he thinks he can just steal his. It's disheartening to be reminded how dishonest people can be.
