Leelanau set the footings too low (in the water table) couldn't get C of O because of water flooding into the basement. Walls and floors are full of Cracks and leak water, garage floors and porch full of cracks, septic system stopped working after two months and had to have field replaced. We had Alper's excavating fix these problem with a perimeter drain tile installed around the house with multiple sump pumps so we could get C of O from county. Very costly fix and a very costly lawsuit... I was told this mud hole in front of my house was a driveway. Again had to pay Alper's to fix for me. Never got a final grade because I fired my builder and his incompetent excavating company he used. I Would Not Recommend Leelanau Redi-Mix

It went fine when they did the job..... Come to find out they shortcut a lot which creates a HUGE mess later!!!!!! Our septic is now backing up into our basement be because the piping in the drain field is going UP HILL!!!!! Will not return phone calls and apparently lots of customers in the area are dealing with the same thing!!!!!!!!! DO NOT give this company the time of day!!! It's not worth it!!!!!!!!!! This is a short version of our whole story just giving the basic idea....we are livid!!! As I said. Do Not give business to this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They suck!!!!
