Contacted business twice and they did respond that they would "get back to me". but did not after 30 days. Company does a lot of advertising but appears to not be able to connect and respond to the customers it attracts.

Terrible. Unprofessional and unethical. Signed contract with them in June, 2017 and gave a $3,000 deposit. After being put off over and over again as to when they'd do the work, we received this email (on 8/13/18, 14 months after contract was signed): "The owner asked me to let you know that he is very sorry that we are going to have to decline this job for the mere fact that we just can't foresee when we'll have the time and/or manpower to do your well. We deeply regret having to do this but it's become very apparent that we're continuously having to address other wells that won't take a week to complete because of the many challenges faced in doing your well." They apparently just decided that they didn't want to do the work. Didn't tell us that until they were forced to. They had three chances to review the contract and change the $$ if that was the problem, but they didn't. They just can't be bothered doing what they committed to. We do not have our $3,000 back and we still don't have a working well.
