Let me preface by saying I have used this company for years and until now, had been extremely satisfied with their service but that changed. I have had them repair an aging furnace with them insisting I needed a new one which can't be done yet for a number of reasons. The tech informed me on a previous visit in spring of 2023 it would need new burners and he would call me with a quote. He never did. Fast forward to January 12, 2024 and my heat was out. Hoholik came and after ten minutes told my family member; they would have to order parts and sorry about your luck. A week later in temps that never exceeded 10 degrees F the whole week. They came and fixed it knowing full well payment would come at the beginning of the month and the tech proceeded to throw a fit that saying he would not have come knowing this. He knew, I told them when they called to give the quote which was substantially less than the bill turned out to be.
