Auto Sales
This kicked off a runaround that boardered on harrassment. Hindsight being 20/20 we should have simply walked away but my daughter needed a car and school was starting ...
When Victorian was presented with our proposed solution -diagnose and fix trouble light on their dime and we would proceed with the deal- the salesman said he couldn't make that decision and the boss was either sick, out of town, or unavailable. The bottom line they held to was that they told us about the problem - that should be good enough. Really?
To make a long story short - they finally fixed the problem and picked up 2/3 of the price in the end - we still had additional expense (which left a really bad taste in my mouth). In the process my wife took over negotiations because I was sick of dealing with them and wanted to walk away from this deal five conversations ago.
Needless to say I would NOT recommend Victorian Car Port to Anyone. I have lived in Manistee most of my life and VCP started off great and I had always wanted to do business with them, but this experience has solidified my resolve to stay safely away from VCP in the future. Let's face it, there are plenty of used car sales places out there and a good one is a rare treasure I would not hesitate to share with you.
