Tim at Mr Natural promptly returned my voice mail and came out to the house with in days. He was on time and prepared. He worked up a quote on the spot and had his calendar ready so we could schedule immediately. His crew show up as scheduled and finished on time. We were away during the work so didn't see it in-progress, but the results were beyond our expections and the area was clean and dust free. We just uncovered wood floors upstairs and will have Mr Natural refinish those as well.
