They are prompt and courteous. I have used them for several years. They will also handle one off issues like wasps nests. I've never compared their prices however.

Great service, great results. I love using a local company. They really know their stuff. They used specially trained dogs to detect pests - very cool. Every person from Action we've encountered has been wonderful. We highly recommend Action!!

He was very thorough, even brought in a dog. I had called him because another provider had done a very brief inspection and told us we had termites. This young man said all the damage was old and he saw no need to do any treatments now. He was honest and I will definitely use his business in the future if needed.

Their spraying does a good job. It also keeps the wasps from building nests. We have had them treat the house for termites too several years ago, and they did an excellent job and we didn't have them come back at all. We have the same guy that comes every time, and he is great. He does a real thorough job. They are pretty popular and I would recommend them to other members. Their price is very reasonable for all that they do. They come on their schedule as they have so many customers, and each guy has a route that he does each week, so we can almost guess when he is going to be coming, but sometimes he may have to go back and re-treat for some special problem or something and we can't always predict about when he is coming. I did call them once when we had an invasion of termites and we thought they were flying ants coming in, and the guy who came was a different guy and he told us they were flying ants, but it turned out they were termites.

I spent about $250 last year and they come 6 times a year for preventative and if there are any out breaks they come right away. The two guys that come to my house are really good and thorough and they check every nook, crevice and eke. The price is pretty comparable. I would continue to use them.
