We have a household of nine and our dryer quit. I found online that I could do the repair myself if I could get the right part. I went to ACE and found that they didn't have the part in stock. The owner realized that he would be heading to the town his supplier was located in and he offered to pick the part up for me, saving me precious time and shipping costs.
