CRAFT APPLIANCE CO

Craft Appliance is the only Frigidaire service provider in my area. They have attempted to fix the door leak and ice making problems three times. Last time he change the door and module and it never fixed the problem at all. When I contacted him he said he would get the part from Frigidaire and get it fixed. I called him back a few weeks later after never been contacted.

He was very rude. This is the owner I spoke with. He refused to fix the problem saying he never got paid by frigidaire yet.
He made it clear that helping me was the last of his concerns. He said, and I quote

"I don't care if I fix it, I care if I get paid."

Now I am outside of my warranty and may not get the repair covered.

Do not use or trust this company

I would not have them back because they have no people skills.  The owner is not a nice person.

I called Craft and they said they could be out between 1 and 4. The repairman arrived within time frame.He spent maybe 10 minutes identifying the problem (a nonworking fan). Unforutnately he did not have the part required but said he would order one and it could take about 5 business days (this was on a Thursday) He called me Monday morning and said the part came in and he could install that afternoon between 12 and 2. He was there shortly after 12 and installed the fan. He answered all my questions.

He was able to schedule me for the next day and came promptly on time. It took him 16 minutes to fix. He was pleasant and knew what needed to be done.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE MY WASHING MACHINE, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX IT. THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY NICE. THEY TOLD ME WHAT IT WOULD COST BEFORE THEY FIXED IT.
