"First off, I would like to comment in response to the review or grade that was given by this person that used our company's services. Whenever a new client calls our company for certain types of services they would like done in their home, we automatically let them know we offer a "FREE" estimate to come out and assess their home and the work that needs to be completed. Before we leave the home, we let the client know how much the job will cost and when we can book their appointment for them. Now, if a client has an issue with the price that is given, we may then consult with them and see what can be arranged or if they have a budget they are trying to stay under. And if someone is not happy with the price that we offer to them, there is no obligations at all that you have to hire our company for the services your requesting. I'm sorry if this client thought that our Cleaning/ Polishing her floors was only a B Rating and if she was unhappy with the services, she could have called us to let us know something and we would have offered free cleaning services, discounts, or redone the floors for free! was the best. Chris, one of the owners, was excellent,
professional and always communicating with me during the project. The project included removing window
treatments, repairing walls and painting. The prep work and repairs took some
time, but when the Trinity Professional Services? team started the painting, it
was done very quickly. Some of the closets and a large amount of the trim
needed more than 2 coats. Chris? team applied more coats as needed and did not
charge me for it. I highly recommend Trinity
Professional Services and we will surely use them in the future!

did a good job preparing, repairing and painting our home.
Better: When the work was complete, Chris and
I did a walk through and noted the touch ups I asked for. He never complained
and always was patient and professional. He completed all the touch ups I requested
without a hassle.

Team provided in our project was whole house cleaning. I was amazed. Everything
that wasn?t painted was cleaned. The stove, the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms,
sinks, toilets, etc.. What a pleasant
surprise! We just purchased the home and
had not moved in yet, so to have the entire home clean and painted was such a
welcomed and pleasant surprise. I want to thank Chris and Brenda again for
going the extra step and doing an excellent job for us!!
and give me a quote on removing the carpet and refinish the wood floors (under
the carpet) in a 1200sq ft home. When I
had other service providers over to give me a quote, they gave me a quote which
included sanding and refinishing the floors which would cost about $5,000 to
$6,000
When Chris and Brenda came to the home for the quote, they
mentioned that they have done this type of work many times and suggested to
just remove the carpet and based on how it looks, just clean and polish it.
This type of service would cost around $500 instead of $5,000. In addition, they removed all the tack boards
and cut up the carpet and padding into small pieces to the city would pick them
up in the regular weekly trash pickup.
It is very refreshing and surprising that a company would be
so honest and so understanding to offer suggestions that can save you a lot of
money. Sure, sanding the floors and putting a new finish on them would be
great, but right now we are on a tight budget and saving $4,500 for floors that
look good too! How can you turn that down?
Well, after the carpet was removed the floors were cleaned
and polished and they look great and only a fraction of the cost!
If you want a professional company that works hard and does
what they quote you and on top of that make practical recommendations that not
only make your home look good but save you a TON of money, then you need to
contact Trinity Professional Services!
In addition to removing the carpet, cleaning and polishing
the floors in the 1200 sq ft home, we also hired their team to clean all the
wood doors, baseboards, door frames, closets, etc with TSP. We recently bought the home. It appeared they
smoked in the some of the rooms, so we wanted to get rid of any orders prior to
painting the walls. Chris and his team
did a great job cleaning every room (and closet) in the house with TSP which
included the wood doors, wood trim, baseboards, ceilings, and window sills. The woodwork looks great and the house smells
clean and fresh!

painting our basement.We recently bought the home. It appeared that theMa
basement was neglected for a long time. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the
walls and floors. In addition, we believed they smoked in the basement because
of the order. Chris and his team did a
great job getting the walls and floor clean. He recommend cleaning the walls
and floors with TSP prior to painting. The floors and walls were so dirty that
his team had to clean (and scrub) the floor multiple times to get clean. After
all the cleaning they painted the walls with dry lock. The basement looks and

Finally the painting was completed, again Chris said he would come out to inspect the job, scheduled an appointment for Friday at 5:30. At 6pm we texted him with and there was no reply. At 6:30 he finally anwered his phone to say he would call back, and never did. The cleaning crew was due to arrive Saturday morning at 9am. 10:30 no one has arrived and we have not received a phone call or text. Monday came and Chris showed up to do the cleaning. Carpet cleaning was part of the contract, Chris shampooed the carpet, but did not move any of the furniture to clean the carpet underneath. My wife had to move the furniture and have Chris reclean the carpet. At the conclusion of the cleaning Chris informed us the services were $1000 more than the contract we signed. We informed him that we had a contract, he had inspected the house three times prior to us signing the contract, and we would only pay what was agreed to. This company does a good job of selling the service, but not delivering it.
Turns out Chris did not pay his sub-contractor in full either. Painters just showed up at my door threatening to place a lien on the property, since Chris will not pay them the balance and will not answer their calls. This despite the fact we paid Trinity in full the day the job was done, over 5 weeks ago.
"In response to Mr. [member name removed]'s review.... Our company came out and assessed Mr. & Mrs. [member name removed]'s house as requested, Chris did the initial walk-thru with the clients and went over ever specific detail that they requested; Chris did notice that there were an abundance of drywall repairs needed thru out the house and Mrs. [member name removed] had stated that her husband had tried to do the repairs himself; Chris then gave them a price for Interior painting, Drywall Repairs, Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning; they agreed to the price and we set up a date and time to begin the project. Now, as a company, you do sometimes have to hire contractors to come in and do some of the work, especially if it is your busy season and you can't be two places at the same time. We hired a set of painters to come in and start the project and there were to many issues in the beginning with all the drywall repairs that had to be redone in their house because of mistakes; and 2500 sq ft is a lot of house to cover and then paint everything from top to bottom. With that being said, Chris did have many conversations with the clients in regards to why it would take a little bit longer that what was expected because of those issues; and he did stay in contact with the wife at all times, letting her know what was going on with her home as well as the painters scope of work for each day. As for the carpets in the [member name removed]'s home, Chris did do a very good job cleaning their carpets as expected, and when he did the initial walk thru with the clients, he did explain to them that our company does NOT move any furniture in clients homes; we ask the clients if they want carpets cleaned in specific areas, to please have the furniture moved before the cleaning begins. But, when Chris did arrive to carpet clean, nothing had been moved, so Chris had to help Mrs. [member name removed] and her son move everything so he could clean her carpets. As for the contract being $1000.00 more; there was never anything over the amount then what was agreed upon except for the cost of the extra drywall repairs which Chris never charged them for; in fact, we gave them a $400.00 discount on their entire estimate. They agreed to the estimate that was given to them for a whole house being painted from top to bottom, major drywall repairs, carpet cleaning, and a full deep cleaning of the whole house. Now, when it comes to our contractors, our people were paid in full when the job was completed and we even have the business checks wrote to them with the dates to prove it and the bank statement to show that they cashed their check! This was definitely quite the experience for our company with this situation, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but Trinity Professional Services, LLC always endeavors all jobs with the utmost quality and service! The work was exemplary. Trying to get this house ready for sale has been very stressful for me...Chris and Brenda washed the stress away with the dirt! I WILL be using this company again! I would recommend this company to anyone.
I called Professional Services for a house cleaning quote. I spoke to the owner Christopher, who scheduled the free home visit and estimate. He and his wife Brenda came to my home, did an inspection of my home and then sat down with me to determine what type of house cleaning I needed and a fair price for the job. At the end of our meeting both of us felt satisfied with our agreement. Before the scheduled cleaning, Christopher called and confirmed our appointment. On the day of cleaning Brenda and "J" arrived on time with all of the necessary supplies. They cleaned my house for 6 hours and did a marvelous job. I had used other cleaning companies in the past and none were as thorough as this team. They even washed out my bathroom garbage can. I was more than pleased with the end result. For now on, they will be cleaning my house biweekly. I would highly recommend Trinity Professional Services to anyone needing a thorough cleaning provided by a professional team.
There was paint, drywall dust, and mortar EVERYWHERE.
They cleaned every inch of the place.
When they ran out of a certain cleaning material, they even came back and cleaned the floors again to make sure they looked beautiful!
