Terry did a great job - the deck looked like new afterwards, and he washed the railings as well as the deck floor even though we only requested the floor to save money. His rate was comparable to other estimates we received, and he was very responsive, responding almost immediately to texts.

Terry was very accommodating in scheduling my appointment. He arrived on time and he and his partner got to work immediately. They competed the job in about 2.5 hrs. and I was amazed with how well it came out. He even sprayed off my deck which wasn't included in the price. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
