After trying unsuccessfully for more than an hour to remove the old doorknob from our front door, in order to install a new one because our key kept getting stuck and not turning, we finally had to admit defeat and look for a locksmith.  After reading reviews on Angie's List, I decided on Pyramid Lock and called the company.  Even though it was after 4:00 pm, he said he would leave right away.  He was here within a half hour and performed the work quickly, easily, and professionally.  He also cleaned our keys, which were very dirty from the powdered graphite we had used in the old lock during the winter to try to get it to work.  After looking at prices stated in other reviews, I felt the price charged was fair; Jeff charged what he quoted me over the phone.

Everything went well. Jeff showed up when he said he would and did a great job.

This was an emergency situation, I had gone out to go walking and realized that I had walked out of my door and locked it without having my keys.  It was raining, it was cold.  They were the only one that responded right away. They said they could be out within an hour.  He was right on time.  He was the only one that could accommodate me right away, he did exactly what he said he was going to do, come out in an hour.  He was trying to save the lock for me.  I told him if you have to break the lock to get me in, then just do that.   He was able to break the lock and get me in and he went on to give me the value of this kind of lock as apposed to another kind of lock and made some suggestions.  He said he would come and change all my locks whenever I need him, we I re-buy these locks and he will not charge me a service call and he will cut my price in half for each lock to be re installed.

I inadvertently locked the bathroom door (it had never been locked) and had no idea how to open it from the outside.  I called several services - most closed today because it's Saturday.  I ended up making an appt with one service for 4 days from now.  Then I found Jeff (Pyramid Lock).  He answered the phone immediately (on a Saturday morning), said he could probably save me the trouble and expense of a service call, and told me how to open the lock from the outside.  When I called back to report that this was successful, and offered to send him $10 for his time and courtesy, he declined payment.  What a guy!

They showed up in fifteen minutes.  I have AAA too, but use Pyramid Lock instead because they're faster.

Jeff was courteous, quick and efficient when he arrived to rekey three entry/exit locks in my home. His rates were also reasonable. I would definitely refer him to others and use his services again should the need arise.

The owner was very prompt and professional.  Completed the job both times very quickly. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it!!!! Very reasonable price.

The locksmith came out and re-keyed my locks. He was friendly, professional, and fast.

See above.   All went well and I feel much more secure since the dead bolt now fits snugly into it's spot.

Jeff, the owner of Pyramid Lock, went above and beyond with his service.  We had accidentally locked ourselves out, contacted him, and was able to get in touch with him in a timely manner.  He showed up to our house on time (actually a little bit earlier), and we felt very comfortable with him.  We had called around and found out Jeff offered the best deals in the area.  (Pay attention to those that tell you they will unlock a door for a very cheap price--they usually end up overcharging you with other "service" fees).  We were able to get our front door unlocked and some other locks at home changed for a very competitive price.  If you mention that you found him through Angie's List, he will also honor the discount.  He asked to see our photo identification to make sure that we were indeed the ones living at this house.  I would highly recommend Jeff at Pyramid Lock to anyone who has accidentally locked him or herself out of a house or a car or anyone who needs some locksmith work.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They are great.  Jeff is a great individual.  He is very honest.  I will not call anybody else.

It went great from when I call him to the end. left him alone to do the work. Very  hard worker and he was very clean. Jeff does not dig deep in your wallet, He works with you on the price. :)
