"Dear Ms M., First and foremost, thank you for your honest response in reference to your last visit to Interstate Auto Care. Although I would have preferred it be a positive experience on your behalf, that is something that I believe is out of my control at this point. For you see; over the past 25 plus years that I have been in the automotive service business, and having served literally thousands upon thousands of customers over those years; I can count on one hand, how many customers have objected to a service technician opening their hood to check the fluids, top up the fluids, ck the tire pressure and so forth. -and for free for that matter. In fact, I can honestly tell you that you are the only one that even comes to mind at this point. As for the recommendation of the battery: It was load-tested and failed our load-test. Therefore, a recommendation was made; and you, the customer excercised your right to decline that. What is so objectionable about a service professional advising you, the customer, of something like that? While I suspect that you have had some subsequent trust issues, involving whomever has serviced your vehicle(s) in your past, let me assure you that your mistrust is misplaced, as we have thousands of fellow customer like yourself that place their trust in our good care, everyday, and tell us as much. Thank you again for your feedback, as I sincerely wish you a more positive experience from your next service provider. I'm not sure what Interstate Auto Care could have done differently to avoid you feeling this way. I thought about giving Interstate Auto's rates a and quot;Band quot; because their rates aren't the lowest - trying to be fair to future customers. In the end, I gave them an and quot;Aand quot; because I've literally saved thousands in unnecessary work. It seems to me that other auto repair places look for opportunity to run up the repair bill. Interstate Auto looks to suggest only what needs to be done and using better-grade of parts and lubricants when performing the work.
