I was quoted $129.95. When Tom the service man came out he said. There is no way I can do this job for $129.95. This is specialty work the cost would be $250.00. I settled on $225.00. It took him all of 30 minutes or less. The color is too dark and he just brushed it on and it took him no time at all. A custom job would have taken more time than that he is a con artist. I called their office today and he answered I said I wanted to speak to the owner. He told me the owner wasn’t there then he told me he’s the owner with another man I asked to speak with the other owner. He put me on hold and then hung up on me. He made a point of telling me he gives no refunds and customers are not always right. Do not use them

they deep cleaned my whole house (5 rooms and halllway) with their truck mount machine. I used their brightener stuff (extra cost), it aint brand new but it sure does look as if it is,

It went good. There was one person and he was nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They were quick. They came when they said they would.

I have used them numerous times.

They were running late and I had to call them, but what happened was they were supposed to go to my father's house to provide an estimate, but my father wanted them to do the work and they cleaned the carpet for him. However, they came on time the second time I used them.

The overall service call was good and professional.

THEY ARRIVED TO MY HOME AT THE TIME THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. THEY GOT ALL OF THE CARPETS CLEANED IN ABOUT THREE HOURS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM BECAUSE MY CARPETS LOOKED VERY NICE WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
