Bright Lock and Key

Richard re-keyed the cylinders on the 3 entry doors to our new company warehouse (deadbolts + door knob keys). He called ahead of our set appointment, arrived (in a neat locksmith ambulance) on time, and did the work and provided extra keys at a fair price. No complaints at all. Look forward to having them back when we are ready to install a new keypad entry system to assign different codes to different employees.

I called them just after 6 pm on the Thursday before Christmas, traded some photos via email, and by 7:45 pm the job was done at a very low price considering the time and timeliness (less than $100.00). This is the second time in the last few months we called them for an emergency and they are great.

The technician did an excellent job, He was courteous and had a wonderful work ethic. My husband and I were truly impressed and pleased with the level of service we received. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Arrived on time, completed work as discussed and provided suggestions for improvement. Provided details about the work he was going to complete and the best way to do so. Cleaned up the work area on completion. If ever a lick smith is required in the future, this is who I will call.

We had (3) new locks with deadbolts installed. We provided the locks, unfortunately the guy at Lowes left one the deadbolts out of the box when he re keyed them so the installer had to install a makeshift one temporarily. I contacted Schlage and they are sending out a new deadbolt to us which my son-in-law will put on. After the locksmith left, we noticed the handle on the front door kept falling off. I called him the next morning and he was out that same day to fix it. He apologized profusely and make sure everything was in working order when he left. I appreciated his quick response of the problem, owing up to it and making it right. I feel a good representation of a company is how they handle problems when they occur and Bright Lock & Key was very prompt in making the door secure and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new lock or a repair of a lock. Rich was prompt, professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I felt that he was trustworthy and an honest businessman. I trusted him enough to leave him alone in my bedroom to do the work while I went downstairs. I was thrilled with the price, especially because he went out of his way to ensure that everything was done right & worked properly, even to the extent of fixing a previous contractors shoddy work. While he was doing the paperwork, he chatted with us & our kids. I had no knowledge of this company before I did a google search for a local locksmith (I prefer to do business with small companies in my community) and I was extremely lucky to have picked such a wonderful company.

He were very good. He came on a saturday when they said they would. He was very professional. He cut the locks in his van. All of the locks work just fine.

I locked us out of our house. I believe it was a Friday evening. We called this man who was referred to us by another locksmith. He came from far away and was outstanding. He got us back into our house. Very nice man as well.

Richard was very honest from the standpoint he told me it would be cheaper for me to buy the parts and call them back when they came in, which is what I did. Richard told me if they had to buy the parts he would have to mark up the parts to make a profit on them. Richard came out to my house and put in 3 door locks and door knobs and he did an excellent job installing all of them. He made sure all of them were installed and working properly before he left the job. Richard only charged for 2 out of the 3 door locks and knobs he installed which I thought was very nice and very reasonable of him, he also was able to make me a couple extra keys which he charged $2.50 per key made which is nice to have done right on the locksmith's truck instead of going to your local hardware store and having the keys made there. This company is very honest, very reasonably priced, punctual, very professional and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a good and reasonably priced locksmith.
