They didn't have much customer service. They have a waiting area. They're pretty neat and tidy. I would probably recommend them to a friend.

I came in got an estimate on the tires I wanted, I also wanted and an estimate on shocks and struts and an alignment for same car. He gave me the estimate for each and told me it would take about an hour and a half for the tires and 4 to 5 hours to do both and said he could do both that day. I decided to do just the tires and left the keys and my cell phone number and went across to the mall. Two hours later I returned and the car was ready. The price was good and they were able to get me in right then.

I actually had gone somewhere else and they could not find the problem. Belle did and I was very thankful. I have not had a leak since. I just have to learn not to drive so close to curbs. I was very pleased with them all the way around. They were very professional and I am very happy. I felt they were honest and they were able to find something that the dealer could not. That said a lot.

Took vehicle for a front end alignment. After they inspected my vehicle, they told me it wasn't necessary since my alignment was fine. They didn't even charge me anything for their inspection of my vehicle or their time. I value their honesty.
