They are always on time, call regularly and are pleasant to deal with. They are in and out quickly and do a good job. I have never had any problems. If your having a special event, you can have them come out in between treatments if you have any concerns or need recommendations.

It does work, I hardly ever see any bugs now especially the carpenter ants. They were prompt, friendly, did a good job and pleasant. They always said that if I had a problem or a lot of bugs showed up to call and they would come back out. They seemed reasonable compared to other companies I talked to.

They have come when I've had other pest issues too (box elders and bed bugs). They've let me know when something is beyond their scope of work. They've also given me pointers on others things to try (and not charged me for the advice or service call). We had some billing issues where we were overpaying them and they contacted me to let me know instead of just taking the extra payments. And every staff person is like your neighbor - they understand your need and work very hard to do anything for you.

They are great, and they are in fact an affordable pest company. They do an amazing job. We use them every month commercially in our movie theater where monthly pest control is essential, and in the summer time, we use them personally once a month. We pay $65 for personal use for both inside and outside treatment. They are incredibly honest and are significantly cheaper than other companies we have used. We had a lot of problems with another company we used including a mice problem, and the minute we used Affordable Pest Control, everything went away. Unfortunately, the city in which the movie theater is located has a huge rodent problem; the city has actually publicized problems with rats. We serve an incredible amount of food, yet we see no bugs or rats. We don't have any bugs in the house either. We have never really had to call them for a situation, but they are very responsive and very punctual. They always call before they come. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I LIKE THAT THEY ALWAYS SEND THE SAME PEOPLE OUT. I THINK THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS VERY FAIR.
