WOUTERS BROTHERS LANDSCAPING

Have had Wouters Brothers Landscaping for several hardscape and landscape projects over last 9 years.
I would rate company as A+ or A in all categories. Except for the small project this year. Late Winter plus heavy Spring
rains delayed many landscape companies this year but the delays, push-backs and final complection of this project was unacceptable. From first call to start of job (after accepting bid) through completion took 4 months. Employees used end cuts and pieces of sod when whole rolls should have been used. Ground was not leveled, rolled or tamped down prior to application of sod. Consequently, mowing lawn is very bumpy. Lastly, several spots had no sod laid at all. Employees therefore need training in sod application. I have not discussed these issues with owners.

I am pleased with the selection of trees.  The landscaping looks great and I am anxious for the flowers to grow.  The job is very professionally done.  The second group of flowers did not go in until the end of April because of the cold weather.  They wanted to make sure there that most of the frost was behind us.
I am having some problems with the stones in the landscaping because of the heavy rains.  I called and received a response right away.  Bernie came out to look at it and is going to fix it so the stones don't get carried away to the drain.

Stones were finally put in around November.  I had to send various reminders.
A rose bush and plant did not come up this year and I was told they would be replaced.  No one has come out as of July 2nd and as of my last email, no one has responded.  Very disappointed in the customer follow up. 

Wouters Landscaping never replaced the plants that did not come up as promised.  I gave up on them.  They are not good at following up.

They came when they said. They worked the job straight through. They never went off to another job in the process of doing the job. They cleaned up after themselves. They came early in the morning, and we could count on them coming. The work is a year old now, and everything is in perfect condition.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE A GROUP OF VERY WELL MANNERED BOYS. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDED ANY LANDSCAPING DONE.
