 + -1 moreUniversal Property Services contacted me via direct mail to schedule a sprinkler blowout. I recently bought the home, and their sticker is on my sprinkler system controller, so I assume the former owners used their services. I scheduled via the web approximately a month in advance, and received two confirmation emails: one when I scheduled and one the day before my appointment.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on their 2 hours window. I was scheduled for 9am. By noon, I was starting to lose patience. I called and left a message asking for status. Around 2:30 I received a call back, assuring me that the they would be at my place by 3 or 3:30 at the latest. They never showed up.
