ULTIMATE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

The driveway was fine, but he has cement spaltter  all around diving board, frame, along walls of the fencing, and on my heater by my sidewalk. Mydiving board frame is full of cement (and that cement is also cracked). He put a drain in by the diving board that leads into the front yard that is unfinished, so now I just have a hole in my yard. The stress line in the sidewalk leading to the house is completely chipped and broken, and for the past 3 weeks he will no return my calls to get this corrected. He also  left 3 piles of cement in my neighbors yard  when he was cleaning out his wheelbarrows. He also goes under the name Ultimate Concrete Incorporated. After doing some research I see he goes under a few different names, with the same phone number. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

He came out and gave me an estimate. He asked for half of the payment up front, which was $900.00. A month went by without me hearing from him, so I called him. He kept telling me that he would be out next week, but next week never came. It was about two months later that he told me that he was going to be unable to do my job. I finally took him to small claims court, but he failed to show up. I won my small claims case, but have still not gotten my $900.00 back.
