"Comment from Tommaso Painting Co.: tommaso painting upholds the highest level of workmanship and service, if their is any issues i do address the problem. as you can see on my houzz page- my previous value customers as they rated my company. i painted mr thomas ceilings. the pictures that thomas displayed are the exact issues what we discuss before i even started his job, first some of the the ceilings were in horrible condition ( the home was built in the 1920s according to him) that needed extra work, and mr thomas wasn't willing to spend the extra time & money to repair it- due to selling his home. his intent was just to clean it up so it would look presentable for selling point. tommaso painting went the extra mile to provide his demand & service. i did apply drywall mud under mr thomas consent to repair any hairline fracture, small holes, etc. i also did mention to him by doing it this method will not guaranteed the holes, crack lines, would resurface at anytime. i definitely brought it to attention and he agreed. that is probably what you're seeing in the photos. take in account there was one bedroom that was excluded and i am sure one of the pictures is from that bedroom. after i fully completed mr thomas ceiling he wanted a estimate for the walls in certain rooms. the question is if thomas was dissatisfied with my work why would he want me to continue then? i do have all of the proof, saved documents, dates, on a text formation. and written invoice when the job was completed.. unfortunately houzz would not allowed any contractors to upload any pictures, written invoice, copies of text mess, proposals, data, due to homeowners privacy.. mr, to i did go back to touch up a small ceiling area due to the paint bleeding through the plaster, because it didn't not dry fast, because plaster takes a while to dry compare to regular drywall. and when i did the small touch is when i did forgot my painter extension pole that had a value to me, after a few days went by i did call to see if i forgot my pole @ his home and he didn't answer the phone so i left him a detailed message and he never return my call or tex.t i even e-mailed him and never answered me back, so one day i was working near his home and i decide to go to his home to see the situation and i ring and knock on his entrance door and he never answer the door , all of his windows were fully open and he was yelling to someone in the household. that means he was home, so all of my option was exalted. the only option that i had left ,and i really didn't want to go to that length, but i had no other choice at the point was to call the police dispatcher. the main reason why mr, thomas didn't want to give back my painter pole was that he needed it to paint his walls not what he as mention on his review. . mr, thomas is falsely accusing me for something i didn't do.. the only sole purpose was that mr, thomas posted that review was because he was angry that i took action .. i been in business for 35 years. i have other platforms, repeat customers, word of mouth , etc. mr thomas decided to posted this review after a few months went by, after the job was already completed and right after i called the authorities. that rises all red flags on the part of mr thomas thank you!"

"I want to say thanks to Diana for posting my ratings but I was very shocked! about the 3 star ratings because I gave her a very great price & good quality workmanship on her big basement bathroom. any less on the price I might as well done it for free considering the upgraded paint, materials used, and amount of time spent I did mention to the homeowner if there is any problems or issues due to the paint still drying please contact me at any time and I'll be glad to come and touch up but she never did. as you can see on my home advisor review and rating page the majority of my customers gave me 5-star ratings.@ times come across certain individuals you can never satisfy doesn't matter what you do and this customer Diana fits that mold. I have not contacted Diana about the reason why she gave me those ratings once I do I will keep you posted."
