Main job was well done but clean up after work not done. Should have put a tarp down to cover deck and furniture and then rinsed the tarp. Took me one hour to do the clean up myself. Did not keep me informed for two days when expected the next day even with a call back after my calling them leaving a voicemail regarding follow up work. I actually thought the follow up work was not going to be done so I called someone else to do the work and canceled Flashback when they finally emailed me on the third day.
