Sargent Appliance

We purchased a stove from Sargent Sept, 2019 (along.with other appliances) as we were having our kitchen remodeled. When it came time to have it delivered it was not available!!!. Once it got delivered we went to turn on and got an error code. Then we had to call for service on a brand new stove. We called for service beginning of May, as we were in Florida for the winter, and have waited 3 months for a part. Hopefully the part will fix the problem since no one came out to look at the stove, basing everything on the error code we told them. Apart from selling us the stove Sargent has washed their hands of the problem!!

They were really good. They priced checked and gave us a discount. The delivery was fine.

Never buy from this place. The installer never showed up. I had to call Sargent and was first told he was coming then told there was a paperwork error. I have a boxed dishwasher and microwave in my dining room and two more appliances that need to be removed. What a nightmare of a place. They had no problem taking my money for appliances and installation. I went there because I heard what a great company they were, but they need to double check their paperwork BEFORE they send out appliances to make sure all is in order. Very disappointed.

Purchased range, hood, microwave.  They were willing to hold appliances until we needed them and delivered them.  We went there because they had exactly the range I was looking for and their price was several hundred dollars lower than the one other store that carried it.  Customer service was outstanding and they offer one year free financing all the time.  Nice showroom on Hall Rd too,
