I was able to get in without an appointment right away. For the price I got more than I would get from any other salon, and it was a nice salon, not a cheap one. I will use them again.

Both times, they took me into the appointment on time. (have been many places where they overbook and you wait for 30 minutes). Decor is very nice and I am very satisfied with my hair. Color is good, cut is great, cost is reasonable--approx $50 less than I have spent at other places. Found that they listened to me and also offered suggestions.

I was unhappy with them. I had my extensive put on by them, and they fell out within first week and I went back to them and they fell out again. She char. I had multiple experiences. And it was not a good service. She charges me $800.
