I have never hired Ross / Regal Property Services. However, was shocked when Ross / his employee / some agent of his business parked on the curb of my home in Rochester hills and proceeded to plant a crudely handwritten sign on my front lawn. Before I could discuss with the person doing this, they jumped in their truck & jetted off. Never rang my doorbell. Was pretty brazen invasion of my family’s privacy and property. Maybe they had the wrong address, but I would suggest next time they maybe double check or ring the doorbell of the home to be sure they aren’t invading someone’s property. Sadly I was given no such consideration.

The floor in my living room was replaced beautifully. It looks so good now, also Ross and Rick are great people and it showed in their work.

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors. The crew was very professional and polite. We had around 2500 sq ft of wood flooring to be installed, along with carpet removal and new base floors. Other companies said it would take 4 days minimum but these guys finished in 2. They also cleaned up perfectly afterwords and helped move my furniture. I would 100% recommend them and use them for any future flooring projects. Thanks so much!!

We had a mess of a bathroom and it was a burden to get done on our own but Regal came in and changed the entire look with drywall repairs, paint, lighting and fixtures. So thankful for how quickly they worked and will call them again with other projects!

Rick was awesome to with for he’s the owner. It was the best price that I got but the job turned out amazing super happy I have more for him to do coming up I’d recommend 100% anyone thumbs up.

Rick and his team exceeded my expectations! They were prompt, friendly and tidy! Absolutely love my new interior paint in the living room, kitchen, dining, mudd and laundry rooms!! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting top notch work done in their home!

Went well, very professional outcome. The work looks great and was reasonably priced. They were a very personable crew that performed the work I wanted done and they were very knowledgeable about the products I picked for them to use.
