If you want a lawn service provider that you can really count on R & R is the company you need to talk with. Erick has been helpful, honest, and very willing to assist me in every way that he can. I have used his services for better than 10 years now and have always been able to count on him and R & R.

I have only had two cuts since hiring this company but they have done a good job and are showing up as promised. They have returned phone calls to date.

They contacted me immediately by phone, and then within a few minutes he was at the door to give me an estimate. I considered his price to be fair, and asked when he could start. He said he could start right then, which he did. I am so far very impressed with this company. They did the work quickly and efficiently.

We hired R&R for two jobs, first was a landscaping job and the second a lawn restoration job. The Landscaping job was huge and it was completed in 3 days and BEAUTIFULLY done. We are really enjoying it. The lawn need a lot of help and every time we called, David came out, reevaluated the lawn and set the plan in motion. David and his crew have integrity and David is a man of his word. REFRESHING.

I found R&R Landscaping on Home Advisor. I spoke to David on a Thursday night in January 2016. He told me over the phone that because I was late in the winter season he would reduce the price, which was $400. I agreed and said I would call him on Monday to do the contract remotely. He e-mailed me the information. However on Sunday, lots of snow fell. I was away on military training (I told him that already). I called him and he said he would speak with my father. My father is elderly and lives with me. David charged my father the full $400 for snow removal. When I returned, I questioned David about the price. He did not remember our conversation that he would reduce it as we were already mid-season. He said he would make it up to me in the spring by giving me a complimentary lawn cut. We had about 2-3 more snow falls over 2 inches. I had to call him out each and every time; had to take photos of the snow being more than 2 inches, etc. Each time, he was polite on the phone and came over later to clear the snow. But I could not believe I had to call him when we paid him the full $400 for season snow removal. The snow removal was decent. But he never laid down salt. I understand there are portions of the snow that will be left behind, but by not laying down salt to melt it, it just created ice over the sidewalks and driveway, which defeated the purpose of having the snow removed in the first place. Spring is finally here. I contacted David about the promised lawn cut. He agreed to come by on a Monday. That Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I contacted him again via phone and text; took him a day to reply. He said he would be there on a Thursday. He did not show all day. So I went ahead and hired another professional that night by flagging down a guy doing a neighbor’s yard. That Thursday night, after I already paid someone else, he replied. That was too late. I see all these wonderful reviews. I don’t know why I had such a horrible customer experience, but I did. I do not recommend them for snow removal service. I feel scammed.
